Hey, guys welcome back to myglowjourney, today I have a review of the new Silk Hydrating Body Lotion from Hawaiian Healing.
One cold spring day, I found these two beauties in my mailbox. I was about to step in the car when the DHL delivery guy handed me a package. When I read Hawaiian Healing on it, I jumped of joy all the way from the driveway to the kitchen.
Me and Hawaiian Healing we go way back to the beginning of my blogging journey, it was among the very first brands that believed in me even though at that time I only had few thousands of followers.
I had previously reviewed their Healing Pure Revitalizing Cream and their Nourishing Night Oil before so when I unboxed the Silk Hydrating Body Lotions I knew I got the ultimate pampering.
Last summer, I was giving my sister a mini facial, and I massaged a few drops of the Nourishing Night Oil on her face. I literally never seen the calming effect working so fast than on her skin that day. Her dry and congested complexion transformed within minutes in a plump, even, calm, gorgeous glow. I was hooked on the Nourishing night oil before, but after that, I never stopped raving about.
The next morning my sister walked straight to my cosmetics bag and took the oil. She has been a fan ever since and the Nourishing Night Oil helps her skin against the harsh winters of Sweden.
But, let’s get back to the Silk Hydrating Body Lotion
I tried the lotions for about three months, and now I’m ready to review them

What did I like about?
Nothing short of beautiful, coherent with all the Hawaiian Healing line the Silk Hydrating Body Lotion bottle is small, delicate, with the beautiful plumeria flower print giving it the I’m having a spa day in Hawaii feeling. Also, let’s take a moment and appreciate the fact that it comes with a pump dispenser. Always cheering that
As usual Hawaiian Healing has certified organic, natural ingredients and a minimal ingredient list.
With key ingredients like coconut oil, shea butter, apricot kernel oil, and aloe vera and anti-aging ingredients as lactic acid and vitamin e Silk, Hydrating Body Lotion is such a luxurious treat for the skin.
Creamy and milky spreads quickly and is absorbed immediately into the skin without leaving a greasy residue.
one version is unscented, and the other one smells like freshly opened young coconut.
The scent doesn’t linger and is delicate won’t interfere with your perfume. Layers well and on the warm days, my dry skin the hydration lasts from the morning to the evening . in the winter cold days this body lotion is not enough for me, but bear in mind that my skin is dehydrated.
What I didn’t like about
it is up there in price for the quantity you get, but the quality of ingredients makes up for the cost.
Would I repurchase?
I think I would, even if as every now and then pampering.
